According to Google Analytics, here are the top ten most-read living theology posts for 2020, in order of popularity.

In some ways, this is weighted in favor of those posts that date earlier or even a previous year. After all, the longer the post is “up,” the more “hits” it receives.

Nevertheless, here are the top 10 for 2020, with a couple of honorable mentions. I have provided the resource link for the series from which a post is taken in most cases. Just click on the title to read the post:

1.    8 Qualities of Shepherd-Leaders has been the most-read post for a few years. It also continues to be the all-time-second-most-read-post on biblicalleadership.com.

2.    The Dangers of Yeast surprised me. It is about the 'here and now' implications of the ancient Festival of Unleavened Bread in the series "Festivals of the LORD: Celebrating God's Grace."

3.    Why Shepherds at Bethlehem is a perennial favorite during the Advent season.

4.    5 Things That Will Block Your Prayers concludes the series "Reclaiming Prayer."

5.    Why Reconciliation is Important to You is part of the popular "Reclaiming Forgiveness" series.

6.    A Pagan Shows Us How to Love is part 3 of the unfinished series "How to Love Like Jesus." Read the first post ("What is Love?"), then follow the links at the end of each post.

7.    Restitution: What is it; why it matters? Another post from "Reclaiming Forgiveness."

8.    What is Your Favorite Idol? is part 6 of "Reclaiming Worship."

9.    Living Between Worship and Doubt is the opening post of "Reclaiming Worship."

10.  Your Life as Worship is the concluding post for "Reclaiming Worship."

And here are two honorable mentions:

11.   Arguing with God, which opens the series of that name.

12.   What Does Love Look Like? directs our attention toward Jesus in the unfinished series "How to Love Like Jesus." Again, "What is Love?" is where this series begins.

Many of these titles also have podcasts. Scroll to the bottom of the selected post to see if there is a link for the podcast. You can also browse "Podcasts," where they are grouped by series.
